Located in Salem, Ohio, 1Coat is all it takes! Experience and expertise in metal coating and protection. Servicing manufacturers in the Midwest of the United States since 2015. One of our facilities features 23,000 square feet and hosts two, state of the art powder coating lines and a large blast bay with part capabilities as big as 30'L x 12'W x 12'H. Our expertise and use of the most modern technologies allow us to dramatically cut the time on production. In addition we acquired a second facility in January of 2026, also located in Salem. With this second location we can offer even more to our new and existing customers. The second facility offers and automated conveyor system with a multi-step chemical wash system. It is set up to yield large production pieces while offering our high quality finish and service, faster.

MEDIA BLASTING

Sandblasting is a term for the process of smoothing, shaping and cleaning a hard surface by forcing solid particles across that surface at high speeds. Sandblasting or abrasive blasting removes mill scale, corrosion (rust), coatings (paint), heat treatment discoloration, weld spatter or other physical defects. As such, blast cleaning is a preparatory step for a product that will be painted, anodized, plated, or powder coated. Using different sizes of blasting media allows us to customize the size of angular tooth profile to achieve the perfect results for all specifications.
